_When do I need to make my Appointment?
_We suggest you call one month
before your desired appointment. We will work with you to schedule your
desired time even if you have waited a little late, but calling as
early as possible will help. During summer months we book up very
quickly, so you may want to call even earlier.
_Where are you located?
_We are on Getwell Road in the Sparkman-Zummach Building just north of Goodman road on the west side of the street.
_Are you open on Saturdays?
_Family is very important to us, so we reserve our Saturdays for Weddings and Special Promotions. Any Saturdays we happen to have left are devoted to our families.
_What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
The first thing we will do is schedule a consultation. During this consultation we will let you know everything you will need to bring.
_Why do I need a consultation?
_We want to sit down with you, and get to know you before your portrait session. We will show you examples, make suggestions, and gather much needed information at this consultation so that both you and I know exactly what you want from the session. We also let you know what to expect and answer any questions you might have. After the consultation, we will all be much more informed, comfortable, and better prepared for a great portrait session. There will be nothing left to do relax and enjoy your session!
_How long before I get to see my images?
_After your portrait session we
will carefully prepare your proofs, make minor adjustments, pick the
best images, set them to music, and create a slide show for you to view at your viewing and ordering appointment 1 to 2 weeks after your portrait session.
_Why do I need a viewing ordering appointment? Can't I just order online?
_A viewing ordering appointment is a specific time set aside with someone to assist you in the ordering process and help in making the best decisions for your specific needs. You get to view a slide show created just for you of your your images projected larger than life. It is a very exciting and often emotional time. Please make sure that everyone that will be involved in the ordering and selection process will be available for this appointment, if not please reschedule accordingly. You will be making final selections and placing your order on this day. Because computer screens vary in color and brightness and online websites are limited, you will want to view your images and make your final selections in the studio on the "BIG SCREEN". After your initial order is placed, the images that you select the day of your appointment will be placed online for other friends and family members to view and order from if they desire.
__Why can't I see my images online? My password isn't working.
_You personal viewing website will be available for 30 days. You will get an email letting you know that they are online and you will get an email letting you know that they are about to expire as long as the correct email address has been entered online.
_How long does it take to get my portraits?
_Quality takes time. We take pride in the amount of time and care that we put into each individual image to ensure that they are exactly what you want them to be. This is one of the things that sets us apart from "the rest". After we have prepared your images for final printing, we send your files to the Professional Lab that we believe create the best quality portraits available. When your final portraits arrive back at our studio, we then gift wrap them and give you a call. Expect your portraits to be ready to pick up 4 to 6 weeks after placing your order. Reorders will be ready much sooner.
_Will I get a cd of my images?
When you pick up your order, you will receive a cd of your ordered, retouched images. They will be exactly the same quality as your final prints but they will be resized for viewing beautifully on any digital device. Please understand these cd images are not meant to be printed from, but we would like you to have the opportunity to use them on slide shows, computers, digital frames, and in todays digital world the options are limitless. The only exception to this is our wedding package where full size copyright released images are included.
